Enter Nix
Nix is the largest region added to Throne and Liberty to date and offers a frozen tundra shaped by ancient forces, unstable Red Fog, and the remains of civilizations long buried beneath the ice.
As players progress through the expansion's Adventure Codex, they will uncover the dark plots of the Sylavean Order and the Arkeum Legion, and join the Resistance to face the mysterious forces hidden throughout the region. New traversal methods, new settlements, frozen ruins, and mysterious spaces created by dangerous rifts await adventurers. The immense, deep-piled tundra of Nix is ready for those willing to push deeper into the mystery.
But survival in Nix won't come easy.
The region introduces new open world gameplay opportunities designed to reward exploration, adventure, and spontaneous encounters. As the influence of the Arkeum Legion spreads, players will face dangerous enemies and pursue powerful rewards through new activities across Nix.
Traverse The Frozen Divide: Nix
Reaching the far corners of Nix will require more than simply traveling by foot.
Players will gain access to new traversal mechanics that allow them to navigate the vertical landscapes of the frozen tundra in entirely new ways. Descend from extreme heights using the Aethersuit to glide across massive distances, then ride the Auroral Path that carries adventurers across the skies of Nix.

Master the Gauntlets
A new weapon arrives in The Frozen Divide: Nix — Gauntlets.
Built for players who want to dominate the front lines, Gauntlets introduce a brutal close-range combat style that blends survivability, aggression, and mobility into a powerful Tank/DPS hybrid playstyle.
In its heavier combat stance, the Gauntlets deliver devastating strikes capable of overwhelming enemies through raw force and resilience. But players can also shift into a more aggressive combat state, increasing mobility and transforming the weapon's blunt gauntlets into deadly clawed extensions built for relentless attacks and rapid combos.
Whether leading the charge into battle or tearing through enemies at close range, the Gauntlets offer an entirely new way to experience combat in Throne and Liberty.
New Challenges Await
The Frozen Divide: Nix introduces two new co-op dungeons set within the dangerous landscapes of Nix, each offering new encounters, mechanics, and rewards for players willing to test their strength against the growing dangers hidden throughout the territory.
Players will also begin progressing toward Level 60 while pursuing powerful new equipment designed to support the next era of character progression.
Alongside new gear comes a major evolution to itemization systems within Throne and Liberty.
